Your holiday home pitch fees for 2024 are in line with other Parks in the area. 

Holiday home pitch fees start from £3,420 to £4,720 .   

All pitches are open all year round.

The following prices are applicable to any single unit caravan sale; twin unit development charges will be increased according to the costs involved and size of unit - prices on application. Thank you.

To providing 4 x 19kg gas bottles with auto change over valves fitted and commissioned £535. Gas bottles are to be paid for when exchanged.

Electric has an availability charge of £26.25 and meter is read at the end of the season and units used are charged for. We can also fit anchors and TV aerial, please enquire for prices.

Caravan insurance is also available on a new for old basis with Compass, please ask for further details.    

All holiday homes are to be ordered through us and a £2,000.00 deposit is required. 

We can also fit Anchors and TV aerial, and supply boat storage. We can also provide caravan insurance, please enquire for prices.

Free wi-fi is available to all holiday home owners at Seat Farm. Unfortunately due to band width, wi-fi is limited and therefore the system cannot cope with downloading movies, streaming iplayer etc., and is only intended for internet surfing and emails.
